A wonderful salon with a team that truly care about their clients. Timely, professional, great cut and made to feel at ease. Offered a lovely drink and an Indian head massage. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! Thanks team 🙂

I visited here while in London for an awards ceremony and requested a big bouncy blow dry and would not recommend for this.
I was given a blow dry with clips and within 30 minutes of leaving the salon my hair was almost poker straight.
I actually had to find another hairdresser to redo my hair.
Salon itself was lovely, I had a nice treatment in my hair and the staff were pleasant, but the service was poor and it was a very expensive blow dry considering i had to pay for it to be re-done less than 2 hours later. Felt very much like they didn’t care because I wouldn’t be a regular customer.

Love the atmosphere and how friendly and caring everyone is. From the second you walk in until the second you leave you’re looked after to the best standard. The hair wash and head massage is so relaxing (thanks Lily), and James always cuts and styles my hair exactly how I envision it (with some professional advice of course). My favourite salon that I will never stop going to!

Firstly my haircut by Annabel is always 10/10 and that’s why I travel to London from Salisbury. Secondly the actual salon is very welcoming, clean, relaxed , and has a lovely atmosphere. Thank you x

I have always come to this salon not only to cut my hair, but for the whole “world renowned” experience. That includes to being offered a beverage to getting a relaxing massage while hair is washed, to friendly staff.
My last appointment was super rushed with me having to share my stylist with another client midway. My hair was washed by a complete starter who seemed had absolutely no training in how to do that, pulled my hair, it was definitely not relaxing which I was looking forward to. I was told I should have booked a longer appointment which has previously always been an hour with no issues but as a returning customer I should not have to deal with such remarks. I was also overcharged to what my agreed styling price was when I booked the appointment.

Gives no joy to leave such review but this salon’s service value for quality has massively gone down. It felt like I was at super cuts with super prices.

I came for a haircut and was so so happy with the result! Sarah did a wonderful job and I absolutely loved chatting to her whilst having my hair done. What a wonderful salon and team.

Th worst fringe trim I’ve ever had. I went in with a straight across the forehead fringe (in photo having just woken up so excuse the crop) and left with this( other photo). The hair stylist pulled the fringe when cutting it so I’m left with an uneven ark shaped fringe (which I didn’t ask for). Every other time I’ve had my fringe trimmed they’ve cut it in situ, how it falls on my face. Basic hairdresser skills. I just wanted, what I had but shorter. I didn’t want him to cut any more of my fringe to correct it. So I paid the extortionate price of £15 for this diabolical trim. Usually £7-10 in any other hairdressers. Awful. I had to stop myself from crying in the chair. I hate it. It looks like a child has cut it it so uneven. I have done a better job myself when I’ve cut it in the past. I just wanted to have a professional cut for holiday. It’s safe to say I’m clipping this up like a 3 year old who cut their own fringe for the whole of my holiday and the foreseeable future. Never going here again.

I went in for a ‘top up’ for my perm. I essentially only needed my fringe and my roots done. And I left my appointment looking exactly the same as when I went in, only £155 lighter. I contacted customer care immediately after my appointment and have been back and forth on a wild goose chase. I’ve sent pictures to prove that the perm did not work. I’ve been forced to travel into London, go into the salon for a ‘consultation’ for them to only tell me that they can’t do anything. They didn’t provide the service they promised. So I should get my money back.
