Salon space was clean and the staff were very accommodating. They showed great customer service - mini snack baskets for the clients on the tables (cute touch). I had French curls done for the first time by Foustina and i’ll be coming back and bringing my friends too. Lovely experience having a protein treatment and steamer done with a wash and blow dry. Very quick and efficient, finished in just under an hour. Such lovely staff as well!

Gosh...where do I begin? Braider attitude was very poor, and she was borderline rude. She didn't care much about being gentle with my natural hair. Insisted on slapping on lots of wax in spite of my reservations. Had a headache for days. In hindsight, I wish I'd followed my gut feeling the moment she started, cut my losses, and left them with the £40 deposit. Not worth the pain and aggravation. Can't wait to get rid of the braids 😩Most certainly wouldn't be going back there!🙃
