Had an amazing experience with a detailed consultation, the outcome matched to what was discussed from the beginning and came out so beautiful. My hairdresser sim did an amazing job even went the extra mile to turn on the massaging chair whilst washing my hair. The result turned out amazing

I had an amazing experience with stylist Milu at the salon! My haircut turned out exactly how I wanted. The stylist really took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave expert recommendations for my hair type. As for the color, it's absolutely stunning! The overall service was friendly, professional, and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Dami has done a superb job. She is really patient. She has done a perfect manicure really good eyebrow shape and tint and wonderful eyelashes. She was so helpful to me. Even as I had my eyes shut. She helped me answer my phone!!! I cannot recommend highly enough. A really friendly, polite, clean and professional salon.

So this is an appreciation post for my hairdresser Pavi. She went above and beyond to this gorgeous cool toned balayage on me which the pictures don’t do justice. Fell in love with my hair and her company. She was super friendly and had great advice regarding what colour suits me and what not. I’d definitely go back there again!!

I booked a perm through Treatwell with Pavi - described as a perm specialist in her profile. No way can this be true - she gave me a rushed cut before the perm, which I excused on the basis she was gonna clean it up after the treatment. Big mistake. I'm pretty sure she left the chemicals on too long OR she's just brutal because she was ripping my hair off the rollers as she took them off. I asked why it was pulling (as I've never had that happen in a perm before) and she said it was my baby hairs, but it was at the end of my hair - not where baby hairs are regrowing. She then offered me an Olaplex treatment, which I'm pretty sure she was suggesting because she'd overcooked my hair - I accepted for fear that my hair was damaged. She then trimmed the curls but by randomly pulling curls down, cutting them, and then letting them bounce back up. Completely random. Completely unskilled (or entirely careless). They asked me to cancel my Treatwell booking to pay directly by card. In an empty salon with two members of staff I felt outnumbered and unable to challenge them while I was in the vulnerable position of having permission chemicals in my hair. Absolutely would not recommend and have been in touch with Treatwell to advise them of their practice of evading Treatwell fees and reviews! Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
