This was my first visit to this barbers and Will definitely be going back. I didn’t have an appointment but they managed to squeeze me in which was great. Jay was my barber and he was superb. The end result was fantastic and Jay was super helpful explaining ways to mange my beard and the right style for my face.
Overall good experience and will be back.

I can’t say enough good things about this barbershop! The service is amazingly quick, and the barbers always deliver exactly what I ask for. Every visit has been a consistent and satisfying experience.

An added bonus is the complementary drinks they offer, including some amazing coffee. It’s a nice touch that makes the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch barber services with excellent hospitality!

I had a facial here last Saturday. I arrived 5 mins before my appointment, was checked in and left waiting for 20 mins and forgotten about until I asked what was going on. I was then sat in a barber’s chair, with zero consultation about my skin (contrary to what is advertised on the website) and subjected to the worst facial I’ve ever had. It’s pretty clear that the guy who did this had had no training in what he was doing. I ended up with red painful marks on my cheeks which turned into scabs over the next few days. My husband had given me the treatment as a Christmas present, he wrote to complain the next day but has still had no response from the team.

Nothing more to say other than, don’t go for that facial here guys, it’s the worst you could get! Oh and a refund or response at least would be nice.

First visit here. Hadn't had my hair cut in 4-5 months, so I was apprehensive as I wanted a scissor cut (not clipper/fade) to keep the length, but haven't historically had good experiences in "men's" barbers (I'd go to a salon).

That said, Alex was lovely. He really listened to my requests while steering me in the right direction. He gave off such a calm vibe, and the facial add on was phenomenal. Couldn't recommend more!

Alex is an absolute class act, this was easily the best haircut and shave I have ever had anywhere in the world. Alex provides amazing feedback based on the clients hair type that I can't say enough great things about. The VIP package with him is an absolute steal and definitely recommend to anyone traveling to London or living here

The shop was very friendly and welcoming. My barber was Jay and from the jump the service was top tier. Shave was nice and smooth with no irritation. Attention to detail was there and consultation was informative. Would easily recommend this shop to anyone!
