Have been on the hunt for a professional hairdresser that truly understands black 4C hair and I my prayers have been answered!! Highly recommend any black / woman of colour to book in with KEELEY as she is truly the best and understands the science of our hair as being her black woman herself. First time attending and she’s already gotten my hair to the impeccable health it once was whiles offering advice and instructing me on how to take care of my hair moving forward without all that social media fluff and fads. Will be booking in again with keeley as the service is truly amazing.
For anyone wondering I received a wash, treatment, blow dry and silk press 🙂

Keely is amazing! She is knowledgeable, friendly, gentle and extremely talented. My Afro wash, trim and blow-dry with scalp treatment has given my hair a new lease of life. I've never seen it so shiny, bouncy and flake-free! Worth every penny for a professional and relaxing trip to the hair salon. Highly recommend!

Keely did such an amazing job! It was my first cut ever on Afro hair and she made me feel very comfortable and gave great tips on how to keep my hair healthy.

Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is nervous about getting a haircut or style for the first time.

Keely is amazing! (I believe she’s new to the salon). I have thick Afro hair (relaxed) and I was worried if this salon would know how to style and work with it. But I’m so glad I went in and I’ve already booked my next appointment. I’m excited to go on this healthier hair care journey with Keely. She made me feel so comfortable even though my hair is quite damaged and she clearly knew her stuff which made me feel more at ease. One of the best salon experiences I’ve had if not the best and that’s quite hard to find these days for us type 4C girls!

Lovely experience with Keely who did my texture release. It is amazing that the salon is so inclusive of all hair textures and offers this service. Keely is very gentle and calm. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking to manage their textured hair 🙂

My hairdresser was Soli at Chop Chop Wembley Park. I was misled about my colour correction and charged £250 for just a wash and toner. Other salons said I should have been warned that toners only last a few washes and typically cost around £30. This has put me in a tough spot since I now need another dye job. Chop Chop promised my colour would stay ashy and not turn red, which is why I paid so much. I feel taken advantage of and want to ensure no one else thinks this pricing is normal. They refused to provide any amendment
