Went today had a nice perm done to my hair perm 10/10 then had my hair cut explain i want to keep the mullet i have at the back from top of my head just trimmed a little the sides faded. Got told the sides will need buy more short to shade i was like fine. Then trimmer goes all the way at the back of my head in my head my mullet is gone…. What is there exactly to do after trimer goes straight through my mullet…. Still payed full price as i didn’t notice till home he hasn’t shorten it he had fully blended all around🤦🏻‍♂️

One of the best barbershops I’ve ever been to! The team is professional and friendly, the environment is very clean and modern, and the services are top-notch. The barber for kids was extremely patient and skilled, and he did an amazing job creating the hairstyle we wanted. My son was so happy and has already said he wants to come back! If you’re looking for a professional and welcoming barbershop for kids, I highly recommend this place.

A new favourite in Borehamwood. My daughter and I got our nails done. The nail technician Anna was brilliant! We also just love the friendly vibes. Everyone is so nice. Chilled music playing. Easy to park outside (always places). And near the shops I need to post things for Vinted 😂. We'll be back! X

Disappointing Experience at the Salon

I had a haircut and tape extensions done by Naz, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. From the start, little care was taken—Naz was heavy-handed and got water on my face and eyes during the hair wash. While she acknowledged it and said she would wipe it off, she never did.

The service felt rushed and aggressive. My hair was brushed roughly, as if I were a mannequin, and during blow-drying, my scalp burned, and smoke came from my hair. I was left feeling tense and uncomfortable throughout the process.

For the tape extensions, Naz added three packs, which was far too heavy for my already thick hair. The extensions were placed too tightly and close to my scalp, causing pain for a week afterward. A skilled stylist would know to leave a small gap for comfort. Additionally, the extensions weren’t angled properly, making it impossible to tie my hair up. When I raised this, Naz simply said, “You can’t tie your hair,” which is incorrect—a quick look at tutorials online shows otherwise.

The salon itself feels mismanaged. It’s set up like a barber shop but has a women’s nail and hair section seemingly added as an afterthought. The prices are on par with London standards, but the service is subpar and clumsy.

Overall, I left feeling overcharged and underwhelmed. The lack of skill, care, and professionalism made this a regrettable experience. I wouldn’t recommend this salon for anyone looking for quality hair services.

I booked for 18:30, a slot they allow people to book and due to my bus being cancelled on the way there from Elstree and Borehamwood station I arrived at 18:40, to find a gentleman still cutting the previous persons hair and warning me that they close soon and he would try and fit me in. I actually called and told someone I was running late and they said it was no problem. I have absolutely no free time and this time is the ONLY time I can get a haircut & having used them twice the results were pretty good. I don’t understand why when I called they were not waiting for me as soon as I arrived? Why have appointments? I had the decency to let you know I was running late but you are never ready for me when I arrive at 18:30 and in fact both previous times I used you the cut happened after my arrival time today. I could have waited so the chap would “try” and cut my hair but why would I let someone cut my hair who doesn’t get that I had an appointment that he was not ready for and was starting our interaction off with a warning? I won’t use you again unfortunately.
