Amazing and spectacular haircuts they did for me! I was greeted amazingly by all the staff and they were really nice and kind, joking around. It was just overall the best barber in London in my opinion and the best one that I’ve been to in London. So props to Abbey Barbers! Keep it up!

I support a client with a learning disability and I bring him here for his haircuts. The barber who cuts his hair is so good with him. He's engaging and calming and goes through the whole process so smoothly it makes me think he should be a support worker :p

Great, great people! Ever since I discovered them I've been only going there to cut my hair and threading. I moved from the area but I still make time to travel there because I wasn't able to find anywhere else this kind of quality at such a low price. For example one of the guys is an expert at threading and he only charges me 5 pounds. I really recommend.

Update: Hicham came back to me with apologies, a detailed explanation of the situation (was a technical issue with Treatwell’s booking system) and an offer of a free haircut as a compensation. This is impressive customer service so am revising my 1-star review to 4 stars.

Original review:
DON'T BOOK THIS PLACE ON TREATWELL - it doesn’t do appointments! I booked min on Treatwell and was supposed to have it at 10.30am but ended up being served at 11.10am, wasting 40 minutes of precious time in the middle of a working day.

When I turned up at 10.30am, I was told that the master who was supposed to serve me was running 10 min late. When I returned in 10 min, the master was serving someone else and told me to wait. The haircut itself was fine but the organization was terrible so wouldn't recommend this place unless you're OK to queue.

I just moved to central london and I was looking for a professional barber to cut my hair and I found this beautiful place where I met very friendly and professional staff. I was happy with the service and I recommend it to everyone. Also very clean and safe place. Many thanks again.
