Had a great appointment today, the price was so good for a full head of colour (I have a lot of thick hair so needed to use a lot of dye) and an olaplex treatment with cut & blow dry. The service was so good and my stylist was so nice, I'm not the best with small talk, only if someone asks me questions first, and she was so kind and gave me some great advice with taking care of my hair and scalp. Would 100% be going back to this salon, all the staff were kind and friendly, the place was pretty much spotless and they kept it nice and warm especially because it's freezing outside. I think my stylists name was Francesca, she was amazing, she took her time to make sure everything was perfect and even and made sure I loved my hair throughout the process, couldn't recommend her enough!

First time getting my hair done by Francesca… and it won’t be the last! Half a head of highlights and a cut and blow dry. Was a bit anxious about finding a new hairdresser to do my hair but I had absolutely nothing to worry about, she knows what she’s doing!! 💇‍♀️

Super weird and passive agressive staff , was talked to in a very condescending tone as if i was 5 . Cancelled my appointment there and then , I do understand if my request for my hair is not possible but it could’ve been explained nicely . Instead i felt very dismissed and rushed with my genuine questions as to why they could not achieve the look i wanted . Also was not greeted when i first arrived which is a nice bonus too !!! other headmasters locations have lovely staff though

Worst experience at any salon ever. Went in to get half head highlights. 30 minutes through the hairdresser started stressing as the foils were boiling hot . Resulted in all the foils being ripped out, my hair being washed and not being able to get my hair dyed (but still having to pay £30 for a blowdry..) since this, my hair has been falling out when i brush it. Only bright blond parts where the hair was dyed is falling out. So so bad wish i could report this salon further.

Chris the hairdresser made me and my son so comfortable. He’s friendly and kind and doesn’t rush customers. The finish work was amazing!
My son is autistic and Chris was fabulous with him! It was our first time there. We will be going again.

Beautiful balayage, though more red than I hoped for. I was told at first attempt with jet black hair it would not be blonde, but I was advised the way to blonde and caramel would be a series of bleaching.

The second photo is when I went back a month later to have some more highlights added and the red is now softer and the toner made it more ashy than red. Everyone loves my hair!

The third photo is after 5 months (and some natural lightening by the sun of the already lightened hair). I had some highlights today to refresh my balayage and my hair is the colour I had come in for originally back in April. It is beautiful blonde, caramel and brown shades. It took three lots of gradual lightening but my hair is in great condition.

Fourth pic just added after Sophie only toned it, not lightened, and had a cut and blow dry. Not as caramel as I was hoping, but still looks really nice.

Been going to Headmasters on and off for years but I’ve finally found Lauren who has been an angel. She listens to exactly what I want and also gives the best advice when something won’t suit me and we look an alternative option. Got my hair done yesterday for an event today and she pulled out all the stops to make sure it would last. Only person I trust now! Also the 25% off in the week really makes a difference and makes regular upkeep affordable.

What a wonderful find! With curly hair I was dreading looking for a hairdresser in central London that could look after my hair properly. Larisa was absolutely wonderful and I will hurry back the next time in the UK. From the warm welcome, to the relaxing head massage and good products, I really enjoyed my appointment and felt pampered. Thank you
