I’m giving this place two stars, as the shop is very nice and I was able to be accommodated last minute, without a booking. However, I left feeling quite disappointed with the overall experience.

The barber who cut my hair was a nice person but seemed unsure of what I wanted and kept asking me repeatedly how much to cut. It got to a point where I had to ask him to just get on with it as i resigned to the fact it was gonna be a disappointing haircut. I had requested to cut about an inch so could i retain the curls, but it ended up being closer to three and no curls. The way he held the scissors made me uneasy, and I was accidentally poked in the eye a couple of times with his hand.

Towards the end, during the razor finish, he made a small cut near my sideburns that bled slightly. He did clean the cut. He then did offer a hair wash , but by that point, I just wanted to leave so i refused one. When I got into the car and looked in the mirror, I noticed another small cut on the other side of my face.

While I appreciate the staff's efforts, the haircut was not what I wanted, and the experience left me feeling uncomfortable. I hope this feedback can help improve the service in the future.

Friendly little barbers with convenient online booking system. My two boys had their hair cut there. Showed the barber a picture and they came out looking exactly like the picture. The barber, Hal, was great with my youngest who was feeling a bit nervous.

The "hair is everything" speech in 'Fleabag' is celebrated for its relatability, and although its punchline is wildly different from my experience here, I count myself as one of those people who relate to it.
I gave specific instructions to my barber, and with photographic references. I said to him, "I'd love it if we could keep all the length at the front and, within reason, on the sides as well, but lose some of the weight and length on the back." He registered that he understood and agreed.
I was busily trying to converse with him, and before I knew it, he was cutting at least half of my sides and a few inches off the top and front. I asked him at this point if we were keeping the length at the front, and he untruthfully said yes. Despite it being too late, I still wanted to trust him, because you're supposed to.
It took me more than a year to grow that length, and more than a few haircuts with my preferred barber (who was busy on this day) to cultivate the desired shape. I now have to face many days, months, perhaps more than a year before I am happy again with my hair.
He was a nice guy, and I wish him well. But I wish barbers would listen to the customer, and occasionally ask for approval before making a serious and irreparable cut.

I’ve been seeing Annamaria here for over a year and couldn’t be happier. I have shoulder length thick and wavy hair which I often find barbers struggle with but Annamaria is always perfect. Never takes too much off, really listens to what I want and has great attention to detail. After today’s cut it’s looking glorious! V highly recommend

The level of skill and attention to detail was outstanding. The shop had a great vibe, and Iman made me feel welcome and comfortable from the start. Went there few times. Once had the best cut in my life, next time I didn’t really like it, next time I had the worst cut of my life and I believe that’s going to be forever my worst cut. I don’t think someone could cut it worse, I would have done it better. It was cut extremely short while I had long hair and was clear with the instructions. Basically, the barber cut me as he would cut himself because my hair was the same as his afterwards. The barber cut my hair with scissors as he would cut grass and plus I had long hair and was clear with the instructions. Not only that, but he shaped my hair appallingly. I am so embarrassed to even go out of the house with this cut and I will have to wait 2-3 months for it to grow to be a bit longer so I can have a proper cut next time.

I definitely know who I’ll be visiting next time and whom I will never, ever let cut my hair at that salon. I will surely go to Karol next time, he is an outstanding barber. I also recommend Annamaria and Sam
