Anna is brilliant! Not only she’s very sweet and kind, she’s also very knowledgeable about hair and hair styles. She delivered above expectations, she listened to what I wanted but found a solution that met my needs and would also work with my type of hair.

Shadi is absolutely brilliant! Had such a lovely experience from start to finish with half highlights, cut and blow dry. Colour has lasted very well and is growing out well and looks super natural, plus didn’t dry out my hair which I’ve had issues with before. Thank you so much!

I have been going to Jackson’s for 2+ years, however after my recent visit I would tell anyone to AVOID.

I went in being blonde and asked for brown to be throughout. Nurya advised it ‘wasn’t possible’ and took for another lady to intervene to have to explain what I wanted. She then proceeded to slag off my previous hairdressers work, not in fact knowing it was done by Jackson’s.

She then had no clue what she was doing, asking me colours and toners which is completely unheard of. I showed her multiple photos of how I wanted my hair and rather than admit she couldn’t do it proceeded anyway.

She then put my hair in foils and would start randomly slapping on more bleach without weaving so it was extremely streaky. She was very aggressive, I tried to move my head slightly and she pulled it and shouted ‘don’t move’.

When unknotting my hair I was almost in the point of tears to the point she also admitted she did back comb too much. She was evidentially in a rush and rushed my hair as a colleague had to take another appointment.

When I got home I noticed huge streaks and patches in my hair and rang up to explain and offered to show photos. Naturally I didn’t want my hair done my Nuryi after my experience, however she advised ‘it’s me who fixes or no one else and we can only do 10am or not at all, stop being such a little girl about hair’. She has since tried to deny this, however I had this on speaker with another hairdressers who advised me what she has done wrong who were also utterly shocked and appalled.

I explained I couldn’t do that time and I’ve also been advised to let my hair settle for a week as she has completely broken and snapped it from so much bleach (previously in good condition) and she replied ‘tough I don’t care’. I asked to speak to the manager and she said ‘no he’s on holiday, no email’.

I explained that I wanted a refund as per consumer rights to which she replied ‘I will get the manager to show the camera of you leaving happy’. I then asked again if I could have the managers number to which she refused as he’s away - even though she just said he would check the cameras.

I found the managers email via Treatwell who replied immediately asking my number to fix this, however it’s now been five days and despite promising to call to sort this has completely ignored all my emails.

Unless you want your hair with random patches looking like this - AVOID! Now having to pay a fortune to get this fixed, the bottom half of my hair is blonde and the top has random black / brown patches!!

It’s a shame as I have been going to Jackson’s for almost three years now, yet after this would actively encourage anyone to avoid.

Shadi is just amazing. Kind and thorough.
This is my fourth time I’ve had laser hair removal treatment and am so pleased with the results.

The place is very easy to get to and surrounding shores are great so get to kill two birds with one stone!

Needed a new barber and through recommendation i went to jackson’s, nervous as I didn’t want my hair to get messed up. However i got the best skin fade and beard trim i’ve ever had thanks to Jackson’s & will be returning. Great service and haircuts.

Mum and me we came to have are hair and colours done today by ati she was very professional and excellent hairdressers she give us a 100 pence we will be back she is a asset to jacksons I am very happy with the result on our hair we will definitely be back
