i found this hairdressers online i looked at the reviews and looked great, so i decided to go here because of its competitive pricing for central london. I thought i was in good hands until i was deeply upset with my appointment. firstly i entered the shop and was not greeted. it took 15 minutes to finally get to my appointment but was confused the duration of that time. i showed the hairdresser what i wanted and she looked at it for 3 seconds as if she could remember. no questions asked no help when i asked for recommendations. actually felt like i was being an inconvenience and patronized (i think maybe because i am a student) . i had my hair washed fine then it went to the cut. the haircut i got was nothing like i asked. i had very overgrown hair before and by the end of the haircut barely any hair had been cut off. i didn’t get the layers how i asked for im very upset with my experience here. for £45 pounds i was really let down and feel really upset to have paid for that when i literally need to go buy myself a £75 haircut now. overall the service was poor and i feel i had patronizing comments. and the pricing is okay if i actually got a good haircut. but for the haircut i got i feel really upset i cried after my appointment because i had been waiting for a haircut for AGES.
i have long and very thick hair. the photo at the end is all my hair cut finished. no changes really. i don’t know what to say about this place. girls just be carful :((
