Been coming to the shop for over 7 years now and can honestly say such a great shop not only for the high quality trims but also great positive banter between barbers and great chats whilst in the chair.

I usually get a trim from Jack, who takes the time to give a top quality fade and beard trim always with top banter. The team is also super talented and i've been able to jump in with Esteban for last minute appointments and had an equally high quality cut, so would highly recommend any of the barbers in the shop.

Overall top quality cuts, and great atmosphere - I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Been coming to Rocket for 5+ years now so thought it's about time to give these guys their flowers. Great atmosphere in here and not the usual "so you going on holiday anywhere?" chat you get at most barbers. Jack is my go-to guy, always leaving me looking sharp. In the event he's been unavailable I've had also had very good cuts from Tam and Esteban. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Best hair dressers in my opinion. Very reliable place and organised with booking system. To be fair the last negative review about walk-in sign and waiting then not getting served is unfair as I was there and witnessed everything. That customer walked in and sat down without talking to anyone. The sign was inside the shop and clearly says walk ins on Saturday only. So the sign was not outside being advertised to the public. It shows how some customers can damage business reputation unfairly because that person failed to pay attention to details

I’ve been coming to this barbers for about 10 years on and off. It used to be the best local barbers with a sharp professional cut and skills unmatched in comparison to other places. Now it’s very different, I go in hoping that the cut improves but time after time it gets worse. The barbers (even the older ones) just do not care about giving a good haircut anymore, poor effort and poor cut and bad attitude. Why are you a barber if you don’t care about giving good cuts? Barbers seem to have no passion in their work. The cuts are embarrassing. Seems to be more emphasis on the barbers banter between each other rather than focusing on haircuts. Bring back the skills of what rocket used to be and focus on the hair rather than the constant chatting. It’s frustrating because customers are losing out on decent haircuts, barbers don’t care and prefer chatting (and sometimes bicker). By all means, don’t mind at all because that’s the rocket culture but I do mind when my cut is compromised. Newer barbers also don’t have the skills compared to barbers that were around 5-7 years ago. Big big shame, I think I’ve got to stop coming here! Management need get control of this asap to stop tarnishing the overall brand.. Hackney is not matching up.
